Steppir DB11 – building antenna and setup.
I got this antenna from a fellow ham radio operator. Antenna was manufactured in 2012, I think it was on the tower until 2022-2023 and the it was disassembled . Now it is 2025 and I got it in few boxes all in parts. I put it all together, all fits all works and all is in good condition. Only missing part was a CONTROL CABLE from the radio shack to the top of the antenna – 12 wire cable 100ft in length.
When all cables were connected I testes antenna on the ground and all 3 motors work properly. I also secured all wires with electrical tape. All fiberglass elements with hardware are in-tact and have no damage. All I have to so it to secure all connections with silicone tape and waterproof all coax connections with special rubber tape.
